If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt of the
product and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Products will be accepted for refund only if
(a) returned items include all of the product components in good condition,
(b) a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and
(c) your order number is included.
This guarantee applies to products purchased at events or through the Positive Parents site.

If you purchase a personal coaching programme and are not fully satisfied, you may cancel your
contract at any time. Upon notice of cancellation, you will receive a refund for the purchase price
minus a cancellation fee and the cost of coaching sessions already completed
